One platform. Every work-based learning program.

Each program type runs on the same backbone — with configurable rules, compliance checklists, and reporting tailored to its specific requirements.

🏥
Clinical & Healthcare

Student or partner submits a request with all required fields and documents captured upfront

🔧
Registered Apprenticeships

DOL-aligned hour tracking, mentor assignment, wage progression documentation, and public-body compliance for registered apprenticeship programs.

💼
Internships & Co-ops

Employer agreements, faculty oversight, learning outcomes, reflection tools, employer evaluations, and credit alignment for co-op and internship programs.

📋
Practicums & Field Experience

Lightweight placement workflows with site verification, supervisor agreements, outcome tracking, and evaluation for student teaching and field-based programs.

🎓
CTE Instructor Credentialing

Document and track industry work experience required for CTE faculty credentialing under accreditation standards — a workflow no other platform manages.

One master workflow, configurable for every program

Every WIL program type shares the same backbone. Program-specific rules, compliance items, and reporting layers are toggled per program — no separate systems, no duplicate data entry.

1
Opportunity Setup

Define sites, employers, or clinical facilities with program-specific requirements

2
Application

Students apply, documents are collected, eligibility is verified

3
Onboarding & Compliance

Health clearance, background checks, agreements, and orientation — tracked per program type

4
Placement & Assignment

Students matched to sites, supervisors or preceptors assigned

5
Hour & Outcome Tracking

Student logs hours, supervisor approves — outcomes and milestones tracked in parallel

6
Evaluations

Mid-term and final employer and faculty evaluations, configurable per program

7
Reporting & Transcript

Completion feeds into academic records, accreditation reporting, and compliance audits

Why Colleges Choose Campus Credit

WIL fits into the platform your team already uses

Campus Credit already serves every office involved in credit and enrollment. Work-Integrated Learning adds a new layer — without adding a new system.

Registrar

Forklift Operator Certification — 40 Hours

A workforce development center partners with local warehousing employers to run a 40-hour forklift certification program. Classes run two evenings a week for four weeks. Enrollment is open with a $299 fee. Participants who complete 36 of 40 hours and pass a written assessment receive a certificate of completion and are added to a shared employer referral list.
