We pick up the phone.

Campus Credit support isn't a ticket queue. It's a real team that knows your workflows, knows higher ed, and is reachable by phone, Zoom, and email — from implementation through every term after.

Office hours

Training is drop-in. Just join.

Every week we run live group sessions on Google Meet: one for teachers, one for administrators. There is nothing to book and no invite to wait for. Add the date you want to your calendar and join from the event, or come back here: the Join button appears ten minutes before each session.

    Something broken?

    1:1 technical help

For problems only, not training. Book a 1:1 when:

    • something shows an error or isn't working
    • data needs correcting
    • you're locked out of your account
    • an issue is blocking your work right now

Have ready: your school or college, the email you sign in with, and a screenshot of the error.

Training questions? Join a drop-in session. No booking needed.

    FAQ

    Questions about joining

Do I need to book a time for training?

No. Teacher Office Hours and Admin Onboarding are drop-in group sessions on Google Meet. Open the Meet link at the session time. There is no invite, booking or sign-up.

I tried to book a time and it was already taken.

The 1:1 calendar is blocked while group sessions run. If the time you wanted overlaps a drop-in session, join that session instead. No booking needed.

How do I add a session to my calendar?

Choose Add to calendar next to a date, then Google Calendar, or Outlook / Apple for any other calendar app. Each adds that one date with its Meet link. On a phone, if the Google Calendar app opens an empty event, open the link in your browser instead.

Can I see every date at once?

Yes. The full calendar lists every session, week by week, in your time zone. If you use Google Calendar, its Google Calendar button adds the whole office hours calendar to yours, so every session and any change shows up on its own.

What time zone are these times in?

Yours. This page shows every session in the time zone your device is set to, and allows for daylight saving time changes. If a session's time is about to change, its card says so.

When should I book the 1:1 instead?

Only when something is broken: an error, data that needs correcting, or an account you can't get into. How-to and training questions belong in the drop-in sessions.

    Campus Credit Platform Overview

Every answer your team needs — inside the platform

The Campus Credit knowledge base is built directly into the platform. Every staff member — registrars, DSOs, faculty, program coordinators — can search for exactly what they need by keyword, role, or workflow type without leaving the system.

Articles are written for practitioners, not developers. Step-by-step instructions, screenshots, and video tutorials cover every major task from first login through end-of-term reporting.
