Training Is Drop-In Now: Weekly Office Hours for Teachers and Administrators

CampusCredit training is now drop-in: weekly Google Meet sessions for teachers and administrators, with nothing to book. Plus 1:1 help for technical problems.

Training is drop-in. Just join. Teacher Office Hours, Admin Training, 1:1 Technical Help

Getting trained on CampusCredit used to start with finding a free slot. If you have ever tried to book a training time and found it already taken, this update is for you.

Training is now drop-in. Every week we run live group sessions on Google Meet, one for teachers and one for administrators. There is nothing to book and no invite to wait for. Pick the session for your role, add it to your calendar, and join.

Two weekly sessions, by role

Teacher Office Hours

For high school teachers and instructors. Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:00–5:00 PM Pacific.

  • Rosters and class links, including the new Class Link that puts students in the exact class
  • Checking student self-registrations
  • Grading

Admin Onboarding & Training

For college and high school district administrators, managers and registrars. Mondays 10:00–11:00 AM and Wednesdays 9:00–10:00 AM Pacific.

Both are open drop-ins, so come to as many as you need. If you are new to dual enrollment or high school articulation on CampusCredit, a session or two in your first weeks is the quickest way to get comfortable.

How joining works

  • Times in your own time zone. The Support page detects where you are and shows every session in your local time, with the Pacific time beside it.
  • One click to your calendar. Each session has Add to Google Calendar and an Outlook / Apple (.ics) option. Join straight from the calendar event.
  • A Join button when it's time. Prefer not to use a calendar? Come back to the page: the Join button appears ten minutes before each session.
  • The week at a glance. "Coming up this week" lists the next sessions with a countdown, and the full calendar shows every date ahead.

A note for anyone outside Pacific time: US daylight saving ends in early November. The sessions stay at the same Pacific time, so your local time may shift by an hour. The page flags the first session where that happens, so you are not caught out.

When you need 1:1 help instead

Office hours are for learning the platform. When something is actually broken, book a 1:1 technical session from the same page. It is for problems only:

  • something shows an error or isn't working
  • data needs correcting
  • you're locked out of your account
  • an issue is blocking your work right now

To make that session count, have ready your school or college, the email you sign in with, and a screenshot of the error. Training questions belong in a drop-in session, where there is always room.
